The problem

Most fitness apps assume you have unlimited energy.

You don't. You have a job, a commute, a family — and whatever is left over. That leftover is what your plan should be built from.

19:30 · Tuesday

You're home. The plan says 60 minutes of heavy legs. Your legs already did nine hours.

The scheduled workout was written for a version of today that didn't happen.
19:41 · Tuesday

So you skip it. The streak breaks. The app doesn't ask why.

Missing a session you had no business doing gets logged as failure. That's backwards.
19:30 · with WorkdayFit

Thirty seconds of honest answers. Tonight: 20 minutes of mobility and a walk. It counts.

You are tired. You still want to stay consistent. Both can be true.
The daily decision

One simple answer after every workday.

Some days need a workout. Other days need recovery. WorkdayFit reads your evening and decides — try it on tonight's numbers.

Example for illustration — general fitness guidance, not medical advice.

    Readiness in practice

Three kinds of evening. Three right answers.

Green, amber and red aren't scores to chase — they're honest reads of what tonight can carry.

    Green day84

    30-minute strength workout

Your body is ready. Push today — the heavy work happens on evenings like this one.

    Amber day56

    20-minute mobility and walk

Keep momentum without overreaching. Light work tonight protects Thursday's hard session.

    Red day31

    Recovery and sleep priority

Skip heavy training today. Recover and return stronger — and yes, it still counts.

    Inside the app

A quiet interface for tired evenings.

    01 · Daily check-in

    Thirty seconds of honest answers

Sleep, energy, soreness, stress and the minutes you actually have. No wearable, no syncing, no setup — just how the day really went.

    02 · Readiness

A readiness read, not a judgement

Your inputs are weighed into a simple green, amber or red picture of what tonight can carry. Low readiness doesn't cancel the evening — it changes what the evening is for.

Short sleep and high stress. Tonight is mobility and a walk, not a max effort.

    03 · Tonight's recommendation

Built from your equipment and your limits

No gym assumed. Tell it what you have — nothing, dumbbells or full access — and what to work around, like a sore back after a shift. The plan uses what's there and avoids what hurts.

    04 · Weekly consistency

A trend that counts recovery, not just effort

A recovery evening isn't a broken streak — it's the plan working. The weekly view counts right-sized days, so the habit survives the weeks your job doesn't cooperate.

    This week

6 of 7 days on plan — two were recovery, and they counted.

    Weekly summary
    Who it's built for

    Built around real workdays.

Built for people with real jobs — drivers, tradesmen, shift workers, busy parents, office workers, men 30+. Here's what their evenings look like inside WorkdayFit.

Delivery driver stretching his back beside his parked van at dusk Driver · after a long shift

12-hour shift. 5 hours of sleep. Today: mobility and an early night.

    Red day · recovery counts
Tradesman taking off his tool belt at the end of a working day
    Tradesman · physical fatigue

Shoulders did the shift already. Today: lower body, back-friendly.

    Amber day · train light
    Office worker · low energy

Mentally drained, physically fine. Today: short workout and a walk.

    Green day · short strength
    Shift worker · broken sleep

Night rotation this week. Sleep out of rhythm. Today: easy walk and wind-down.

Amber day · keep it easy
Father tying a running shoe in a hallway in the evening
    Busy parent · 20 minutes

Kids down at eight. Twenty honest minutes. Today: short strength session.

    Green day · push today
    Choosing recovery on purpose

Good sleep. Low soreness. Today: 30-minute strength session — and tomorrow, mobility instead of forcing it twice.

    Green day · then recover

    Men 30+Train smarter around recovery
    Recovery counts

Some evenings, the strongest move is the stretch.

Built for tired evenings, not perfect routines. A guided mobility session on a flat Tuesday keeps you in the game for Thursday's hard one.

    How recommendations are made

No magic. A clear, repeatable method.

Most workout plans assume an ideal day. WorkdayFit plans around the day you actually had.

Every recommendation is assembled the same way, every evening:

    • 01Your check-in sets the inputs. Sleep, energy, soreness, stress, available minutes, equipment and anything to work around.
    • 02The inputs are weighed into a readiness read — a simple green, amber or red picture of what tonight can carry.
    • 03Readiness picks the session type — train hard, train light, mobility, walk, recovery or rest — and the plan is sized to your minutes and built from what you have.

WorkdayFit is a training and recovery decision tool for general fitness. It does not provide medical advice — see the FAQ for what it is and isn't.

    The difference

Your watch gives you data. WorkdayFit gives you a decision.

Fixed weekly schedule, whatever your day did
Adapts to the evening you actually have
Standard 45–60 minute sessions or nothing
Plans sized to your 10, 20 or 30 available minutes
Same intensity whether you slept 8 hours or 5
Intensity follows your energy, sleep and soreness
Assumes a full gym and no physical job
Builds from your equipment and works around your limits
A skipped session breaks the streak — guilt included
    Recovery evenings count toward consistency

    FAQ

    Questions, answered straight.

    What exactly do I receive?
Right now you reserve founding access at €9/month. When early access opens in waves, you get the daily training or recovery decision, workouts sized to 10, 20 or 30 minutes, mobility and recovery sessions, soreness-aware recommendations and a weekly summary. Nothing is charged when you reserve.
Is WorkdayFit an app or a web application?
The first version is in development now and is built for your phone. Founding members get access first when it opens in waves, and we contact you by email before anything is charged.
    Do I need equipment?
No. Plans work with no equipment at all. If you have dumbbells at home or gym access, WorkdayFit uses what you tell it you have instead of assuming a full gym. No wearable is required either — the check-in is enough.
What if I have very little energy?
That's the core use case. On low-energy evenings WorkdayFit gives you a lighter plan — mobility, an easy walk or genuine recovery — instead of the scheduled hard session. Recovery evenings count toward your consistency, not against it.
Can I use it with physical limitations?
You can tell WorkdayFit what to work around — a sore back, heavy legs after a shift — and plans avoid loading that area. It is not a substitute for medical care: for pain, injuries or health conditions, consult a qualified professional first.
Is it a substitute for medical advice?
No. WorkdayFit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It's a training and recovery decision tool for general fitness. For health concerns, always consult a qualified professional.
    How does billing work?
Reserving a founding spot costs nothing. When your access opens, the founding price is €9/month, billed monthly, and it stays €9 while you remain subscribed. After public launch the regular plan is €19/month. Prices are shown in your local currency (€, £ or $). We contact you before any payment is required.
    What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time — there's no long-term contract. And because nothing is charged at reservation, you can also simply decline when we contact you before access opens.
How is my personal data handled?
The reservation form collects your email and optional answers about your goal, work type and biggest struggle. We use them only to contact you about WorkdayFit early access. We don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it any time via hello@workdayfit.fit.
